Do you thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy restaurant environment?  The Restaurant at Hidden Valley is looking for a dynamic and experienced Front of House Floor Manager to lead our team and ensure our guests receive top-notch service.

Key responsibilities

  • Leadership & Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house staff, ensuring excellent performance and guest satisfaction.
  • Daily Operations: Oversee the floor operations during service, including seating arrangements, table turnover, guest satisfaction, and service quality.
  • Guest Interaction: Greet guests, manage reservations, and resolve any complaints or issues swiftly and professionally to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Service Standards: Maintain and uphold high service standards, ensuring that all staff provide exceptional service and adhere to restaurant policies and procedures.
  • Staff Scheduling & Training: Assist in creating and managing staff schedules to ensure sufficient coverage during peak hours. Train new hires and ensure ongoing development of staff skills.
  • Collaboration with Kitchen Team: Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service, smooth communication, and coordination between front and back of house.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards on the restaurant floor.
  • Inventory & Stock Management: Assist in managing front-of-house inventory, including supplies and equipment. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Event Management: Support in organizing and managing private events, special dinners, or large group bookings to ensure flawless execution.


At least 3-5 years experience needed in a similar role.
