De Wetshof Estate is a winery just outside of Robertson, specializing in the production of top quality Chardonnay. We also produce cultivars such as Sauvignon Blanc, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and a few others.We are looking for interns for our 2025 harvest season. Previous experience working in a cellar would be great, but not a necessity. As long as you are hard working and willing/wanting to learn more about wine, you are more than welcome to apply.Your responsibilities will be (but not limited to):-Doing Preparation for harvest-Help with processing grapes-Juice and wine sampling for analysis-Monitoring fermentations-Helping with juice/wine additions -General Cellar hygienePlease note that working hours are long and includes working on weekends.
