I am seeking a Personal Assistant/ Admin/ Executive Assistant position at a winery. I am currently in a Personal Assistant position working on 5 different company profiles and I am also handling operations and events planning. I am driven and well organized and a very quick learner. 

I oversee the administrative and operational needs of five distinct company profiles. My responsibilities span a wide range of tasks, including:

  • Operations Management: Streamlining workflows and ensuring smooth daily operations across different profiles, enhancing overall efficiency.
  • Financial Admin Support: Handling basic financial tasks such as expense tracking, budgeting assistance, and financial reporting.
  • Calendar Management: Coordinating schedules, managing appointments, and ensuring all meetings and deadlines are met.
  • Presentation Compilation: Preparing and organizing presentation materials to support internal and external communications.
  • Travel and Logistics Planning: Organizing travel arrangements and logistical details for meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Proxy Letters: Drafting and managing proxy letters for development projects, liaising with municipalities, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Event Coordination and Execution: Planning and executing events, from corporate meetings to team-building activities, with a focus on flawless execution.
  • Graphic Design: Creating visually engaging graphics for marketing materials and internal communications.
  • Online Shop Management: Overseeing the operation and management of online retail platforms, ensuring smooth customer experiences and efficient inventory management.
