Assistant Front of House Manager

Kleine Zalze Restaurant is currently looking for an energetic person who can lead, inspire and motivate the existing team.  The Assistant Front of House Manager will be an ambassador for the brand while being responsible for all aspects of Front of House operations.

The position requires a strong business acumen to help grow the business, detail administrative skills and the ability to establish good internal control.  The Restaurant is a dynamic environment, and the incumbent will be able to adopt a structured approached in the daily operations.

The candidate will have strong interpersonal skills for easy and professional guest interaction as well as managing the FOH staff. 

Further requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a management position
• Excellent communicator
• Good knowledge of food and wine
• Creativity
• Strong leadership skills
• Meticulous and very detail oriented
