Pizza Chef

This is a contract on-site role for a Pizza Chef at a well known wine farm in Paarl.
The Pizza Chef will be responsible for food preparation, cooking, maintaining hygiene standards, overseeing food and beverage quality, and creating delicious sauces.
The role involves contributing to the culinary experience at the restaurant through the preparation of gourmet pizzas.

Qualifications

• Food Preparation, Cooking, and Hygiene skills
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage standards
• Expertise in creating delectable sauces
• Experience in pizza making and Italian cuisine
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Culinary arts degree or relevant certification
• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality industry
• Matric certificate
• Contactable references
• Reside in surrounding area
