Located in the beautiful Franschhoek Valley, we offer an exceptional opportunity to be part of a leading wine estate known for its award-winning wines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hosting guests for wine tastings, sharing the story of Mullineux Wines
- Providing detailed information about our wine portfolio
- Ensuring an excellent guest experience from arrival to departure
- Assisting with wine sales and processing payments
- Restocking and maintaining the cleanliness of the tasting room
What We're Looking For:
- A passion for wine and customer service
- Friendly, approachable, and 5-star professional demeanour
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in a tasting room or similar environment is a plus
- Ability to work weekends and public holidays during the busy season
