Holden Manz Wine Estate, situated in Franschhoek, is looking for interns to help with the 2025 harvest.
We are looking for 2 interns to join us for harvest 2025, starting on 1 February 2025 until 31 May 2025. Candidates will have the opportunity to be part of all aspects of winemaking/production and some vineyard exposure.
Previous harvest experience or qualification in winemaking will count in your favour.
