Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Assistant reporting to the Africa Sales Director, located in the City of Cape Town. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for daily tasks related to sales pipeline development, digital marketing, customer success, communication, and organisational skills to support the sales team in achieving business objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in CRM software, building and managing sales pipelines and engaging with current and potential customers.
• Interpersonal Skills, Customer Service, and Communication skills
• Sales and Organisation Skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
• Previous experience in sales or customer service roles
• Knowledge of the beverage industry is a plus
• University degree or diploma, with a specialisation in digital marketing / sales or equivalent
