We have an opportunity available for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager on a wine farm based in Durbanville. The ideal individual must have a strong operational skill set, level of attention to detail, ability to lead and manage FOH team effectively and excellent communication skills. Requirements: - Own vehicle and valid drivers license - Relevant knowledge of food and beverage. This includes knowledge of wine varieties and wine tasting - Knowledge of POS system - Individual should be well presented, self-disciplined and focused - Have a passion for the hospitality industryResponsibilities: - Manage FOH staff - including scheduling of staff rosters and regular waiter training - Address emails with regards to daily bookings, functions, complaints etc. - Conclude daily cash-ups - Focus on ensuring customer satisfaction - Ensuring establishment is always in a presentable state.
