2x Harvest Interns needed for 2025

We have a very exciting opportunity for two individuals that would like to gain some experience in all the aspects of winemaking at Darling Cellars.  Key responsibilities of these roles, but not limited to, will include the following:

*Receiving and processing of grapes
*Pump overs, punch downs and racking
*Fermentation control, monitoring and additions
*Tank emptying and barrel work
*Tank sampling
*Any admin related tasks
*Cleaning of cellar and equipment

What experience will you get?

*Work within a dynamic, well organized and experienced team environment
*Be involved in all aspects of winemaking
*Cap Classique production
*Working with all types of white and red wine - from premium bulk to ultra-premium bottle wines
*Exposure to BRC quality management within the winemaking environment

Previous harvest internship experience and/or a winemaking qualification would be beneficial but not essential.  You must be passionate about hands-on experience, be willing to work overtime and longer hours and have the ability to work in a team or on you own.

Must have a valid driver's license and own transport.  Market related renumeration will be offered and accommodation on the premises can be arranged.
