Pastry Chef: Well-known Wine Estate (Stellenbosch)

We are looking for a creative PASTRY CHEF with proven experience in pastry or baking roles, attention to detail, creativity, organizational and leadership skills, recipe development and production planning skills. You should possess in-depth knowledge of sanitation principles, baking techniques, nutrition, and have a formal qualification in Culinary Arts / Pâtisserie. 

As a Pastry Chef, you are responsible for operating the pastry section of the kitchen. You will be required to plan production, assist in developing season offerings, recipe engineering, stock control and waste management.
