Our client, a distinguished Wine Estate near Franschhoek is looking to employ an experienced Front of House Manager.
 
The key role will be to manage and oversee the property’s Tasting Room and Bistro Restaurant.
 
We are looking for an individual with a strong hospitality background and experience relating to Wine Tasting Centre and Restaurant operations. Someone with a stable track record, strong business and financial acumen, strong ability to grow the respective business units. Someone who is passionate about the industry, with a focus on a curated guest experiences and staff development.
 
Position requirements:
• Hospitality qualification preferred
• A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position
• Must have excellent organisation and communication skills
• Applicants residing in the Winelands area will receive preference
