We’re looking for a dynamic, professional and results-driven National Sales Manager to join our team. The position is based on the farm, however, the individual will be require to travel on occasion.
Job Description
The National Sales Manager will help maintain and develop relationships with existing and new clients. In order to achieve marketing, sales and distribution objectives, the candidate is required to use resources in the most effective and efficient way to grow the brand equity for the Estate.
Qualification and Experience
- Proven sales experience and a track record of growth in wine sales and key account management
- Experience in relationship building and brand management
Job-Specific tasks and duties
- Supply the sales team with coherent strategies, sales targets, and expectations, as well as extend their guidance and mentorship
- Formulate a coherent and well-budgeted strategy to grow the company’s sales
- Oversee and manage all sales aspects like
-On and off consumption trade
-Corporate Clients
-Private Customers
-Tasting Room at Saxenburg
(this includes in-store tastings, managing client farm visits, events, festivals, etc.)
- Meet monthly targets and strategize throughout the month to maintain the growth
Profile
- Passionate about sales with burning desire to achieve results
- Think strategically about the brand and how to expand our footprint nationally
- Able to prioritize and manage his/her time effectively
- Well organised and self-motivated
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude and eager to grow with the company
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge and a passion for fine wine and luxury brands
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
