Our client in Piketberg is seeking a Pack House Manager.
The position will take full control of the packing and logistics operations.
Requirements:
Matric with relevant qualifications
Background in citrus/table grapes packing industry with minimum 10 years' in a similar role
Technical or Administration background
Must be willing to work irregular and long hours
Responsibilities:
The position will be responsible for all aspects of the management of the pack house, including fruit sizer and all aspects of production, systems, cold stores, degreening, staff, quality management.
Focus on production efficiency, quality specification of fruit and fruit packing as well as adhering to our fruit handling protocol.
