Adventure Golf Manager

Benguela Cove Lagoon and Wine Estate is looking for an outgoing, customer service-oriented individual who isn’t afraid to work hard and create memorable experiences for our guests! As the Adventure Golf Manager, you will oversee the operations of our 18-Hole Adventure Golf course, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist guests with their Adventure Golf experience, providing exceptional service and addressing any questions or concerns.
• Maintain the Adventure Golf course and Clubhouse, ensuring cleanliness and proper upkeep.
• Manage stock control, including weekly inventory of vending, retail, and golf supplies.
• Facilitate daily Adventure Golf activities and group programs, ensuring smooth operations.
• Perform daily cash-ups, balancing the register at the end of the day.
• Ensure that all areas of the Adventure Golf course are kept clean, safe, and properly maintained.
• Communicate effectively with guests, associates, and other members of management to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Continuously monitor guest satisfaction, resolving any issues and ensuring a high level of service at all times.

Requirements:

• Strong customer service skills and a passion for working with people.
• Good communication skills, both with guests and within the team.
• Ability to manage inventory, cash-ups, and maintain a clean and orderly workspace.
• Previous experience in a similar role or hospitality environment is advantageous.

Please note this role will be a 6 month seasonal contract.
