Stock Controller for Prestigious Champagne Producer

Job Title: Stock Controller

Key Duties

• Daily Management of Cellar Stock: Ensure precise handling and management of cellar inventory.
• Interface with Departments: Collaborate with production, sales, and finance teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Update Stock System: Maintain and update the CIN7 stock management system daily.
• Weekly Stock Takes: Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy.
• Weekly Stock Reports: Prepare and circulate detailed stock reports.
• Production Planning: Assist in scheduling production based on stock levels and forecasts.
• Ordering of Stock: Manage procurement to maintain appropriate inventory levels.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all stock transactions and movements.
• Data Analysis and Trends: Analyse data for stock trends, production forecasting, and sales forecasting.

Experience Required

• Proven stock management experience.
• Experience in the wine/MCC industry.
• Proficiency with CIN7 stock management software.
• Experience using Xero accounting software.
