We have unique opportunities for an Experienced F&B Manager and a Kitchen Manager to join our client, based in the central of Stellenbosch. The convenience store / cafeteria caters mainly for the students and offer home-made / sit-down meals and take take-aways.
Shop General Manager / F&B Manager:
We are looking for an experienced F&B / store manager to oversee the daily Cafeteria and Retail operations. Previous experience in F&B operations, ability to manage stock systems and procedures, staff management, reporting essential. The ideal candidate has a strong business and financial acumen, stable track record, experience in managing a busy food and beverage operation with the focus on business growth. The position will manage a team of up to 30 staff members.
Kitchen Manager:
The Kitchen Manager will ensure a seamless kitchen operation with experience is managing a team effectively, training and development, stock control, food cost, waste management, recipe design, portion control, management of strict health and safety regulations, orders, supplier liaison. The cafeteria offers sit-down and take-away services.
Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport beneficial. Applicants need to reside in Stellenbosch.
