Hasher Family Wines in the Hemel-en-Aarde requires an experienced and hardworking Wine Ambassador to join their growing team.
The primary focus of the ideal candidate is to deliver excellent customer service and wine knowledge to our guests. The candidate must be well-spoken and fluent in English, self-motivated, enthusiastic and presentable.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Formal wine education will be an advantage
- 1 – 2 years’ minimum experience within the wine & restaurant industry
- Good understanding of hospitality procedures and practices
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Passion for wine and the hospitality industry
- Must be presentable & physically fit
Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Conducting education wine tastings and experiences
- Provide efficient and superb customer service to guests
- Execution of daily duties (incl. set-up, service, end-of-duties etc.)
- Drive sales (incl. wine sales, food, wine club sign-ups, etc.)
