What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a 5-star hotel or upscale environment
- Wine & Beverage Savvy: Solid knowledge to recommend and serve the perfect pairing
- Menu Expertise: Full understanding of production methods and presentation standards
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Opera or similar hospitality systems
- Excellent Communication: Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Numeracy: Confidence with numbers for seamless guest billing
- Detail-Oriented: Impeccable attention to detail with a fantastic memory
- Dynamic Personality: Energetic, professional, and guest-focused with a friendly demeanour
- Presentation: Well-groomed with a polished appearance that complements the establishment's reputation
- Pressure-Proof: Able to juggle tasks efficiently in a high-energy environment
- Flexible: Ready to adapt to the changing demands of the business
