Simonsig Family Vineyards situated on the outskirts of Stellenbosch is looking for two international interns to join us for the 2025 Vintage. Simonsig Family vineyards is an independent, family-owned wine farm producing a wide range of Cap Classique, white and red wines.
The successful candidates will be involved in all aspects of winemaking including but not limited to:
Grape sampling, routine analysis of juice and wine, fruit receival, rackings and additions, fermentation control, red winemaking (pump overs, punch downs), barrel management and cellar hygiene.
It will be expected of you to work overtime and on weekends.
Transport and accommodation will be provided.
A qualification in Oenology will be required and past harvest experience will count in your favor.
