Breedekloof 
Join our team at Mountain Ridge Winery in the beautiful Breedekloof area, for an exciting 2025 harvest season! We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking harvest intern who is ready to roll up their sleeves and contribute to our winemaking process.
Requirements:
- Willingness to work long hours and weekends
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable and able to work well in a team environment
- The ability to pick up 20kg, repeatedly
Tasks:
- Grape sampling (if needed)
- Additions
- Lab work (General analysis)
- Fermentation monitoring
- Cooling (Monitoring and management)
- Pump overs
- Transportation
- General cleaning
- Sampling
- Generator (monitor and managing if needed)
