Our client, based in the Stellenbosch winelands, is looking to appoint a hospitality manager to the team. The position is aimed at ensuring that professional service delivery is always maintained and that all the offerings are enjoyed by the visitors in a pleasant, memorable, and professional manner.

This position will require you to manage the daily operations of the small eatery and the tasting room, while still eagerly and enthusiastically being present during service, making sure that service delivery runs smoothly. Experience in ordering fresh produce, maintaining stock levels of both wine & food ingredients, and managing costs are a requirement for this position.

Wine tastings & eatery: Monday to Sunday (11am - 7pm)

Closed: good Friday, 24, 25, 31 December & New Year’s Day
