We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our team in Simondium. We offer our guests the top in fresh ingredients and latin flavours and we are looking for an enthusiastic chef to help us achieve this goal.
Our ideal candidate should feel comfortable in the role as 2nd to the Head Chef, taking on the kitchen operation under his direction and in his absence. The Sous Chef should have formal culinary training and 2-3 years experience as Sous Chef or Senior CDP.
The eligible candidate:
- Must have strong leadership skills and a cooperative team spirit,
- Needs to be detail oriented and thorough in execution to a high quality standard,
- Should be able to work under pressure,
- Must have reliable transport.
- Will receive a monthly salary in line with experience.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays. Wednesday through Sunday, 08:00 to 17:30.
