Quality Controller

Stellenbosch Vineyards, an internationally owned wine company, is looking for a dedicated and detailed orientated Quality Controller to ensure our wines meet the exceptional standards our customers expect.

As a key member of our production and compliance team, you will be responsible for overseeing every stage of our quality process, from grape to bottle. Ensuring compliance, consistency and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wine analyses and sign offs
• Deviations on wine analysis/process specifications
• Wine QC releases
• Internal auditing & GMP audits
• Traceability of chemicals and additives
• Supplier management
• Product specification management

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in quality control, preferably within the wine or food industry.
• Strong understanding of winemaking processes and quality standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• A passion for wine and the winemaking process.
