Responsible for the operation and supervision of the outlet’s retail, food & beverage experience. Plans and directs the day-to-day operations. Develop strategies to improve customer service, drive Retail, Food and Beverage sales, increase profitability, create policies and programs that will increase sales and grow the existing customer base. Maintain high standards and conditions and foster a positive environment. To consistently exceed guest expectations and provide the highest levels of product and services, additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
