We are seeking a dynamic Sous Chef to spearhead the Deli operations.
The extensive Al-fresco dining menu includes an array of seasonal plates, from healthy breakfasts to gourmet lunches and a wide selection of handcrafted products, freshly baked pastries and artisan breads.
Position Requirements:
- Formal Culinary Qualification
- A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience
- Be able to work under pressure
- Must have good organisation and communication skills
- Must have previous experience with stock control, staff management and supplier liaison
- Own Transport and driver’s license beneficial
Remuneration: Competitive Salary
Start Date: Priority Position
