Our esteemed client, a distinguished establishment nestled in the heart of the Stellenbosch Winelands, has garnered acclaim for its exceptional unparalleled experiences.

We are seeking a dynamic Sous Chef to spearhead the Deli operations.

The extensive Al-fresco dining menu includes an array of seasonal plates, from healthy breakfasts to gourmet lunches and a wide selection of handcrafted products, freshly baked pastries and artisan breads.

Position Requirements:

  • Formal Culinary Qualification
  • A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience
  • Be able to work under pressure
  • Must have good organisation and communication skills
  • Must have previous experience with stock control, staff management and supplier liaison
  • Own Transport and driver’s license beneficial

Remuneration: Competitive Salary  

Start Date: Priority Position
