Wine Advisor for Simonsig Wines Tasting Room

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Wine Advisor to join our team at Simonsig Wines Tasting Room. As a Wine Advisor, you will be at the heart of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and unforgettable wine experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging wine tastings and educate guests about our wines.
• Build strong relationships with customers and foster brand loyalty.
• Drive sales and meet individual and team targets.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming tasting room environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the hospitality or retail industry.
• Good knowledge of wine, including grape varieties will be advantageous but training will be provided.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for the wine industry and a genuine interest in sharing wine knowledge.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
