Chef De Partie : Upmarket Wine Estate (Paarl)

We have unique opportunities for a Senior CDP to join an upmarket Estate in Paarl.

The positions require a creative and a hands-on approach to food production and cooking.

We are looking for an individual with a stable track record, who cares about guest experiences with a passion for cooking and hospitality. Experience in a high-end, bistro-style restaurant environment preferred. 

Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport beneficial. 

Position Requirements  

• A formal Culinary Education
• Minimum of 3 experience in a high-end restaurant environment
• Stable track record

 Start Date: ASAP
