Location: In-house training for first 3 months, then fully remote
Start Date: January 2025
Salary: R5500 per month

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Consultant. The first 3 months of employment will involve in-house training, after which the role will transition to a fully remote position. While prior knowledge of the wine industry is preferred, it is not mandatory. What matters most is your enthusiasm to learn, strong work ethic, and ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in a comprehensive 3-month in-house training program to understand our systems, processes, and services.
• Provide consultation and support to clients, ensuring excellent customer service and effective problem-solving.
• Manage assigned tasks and projects, meeting deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work.
• Transition to remote work after the training period, with ongoing communication and collaboration with the team.

Requirements:

• Own Laptop & Stable Internet: You must have a reliable laptop and high-speed internet for remote work.
• Wine Industry Knowledge (Preferred but Not Required): A background in the wine industry will be an advantage but is not essential.
• Strong Communication Skills: The role requires clear and professional communication, both written and verbal.
• Self-Motivated & Independent: Ability to work efficiently and manage your time, especially once the role transitions to remote work.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using various digital tools and platforms for communication and task management.
