The Role:

As a Marketing Communications Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the Leonardslee story and promoting our luxury brand to both local and international audiences.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Website Management: Ensuring our website remains engaging, up-to-date, and reflective of the estate’s luxury appeal.
  • Social Media Curation: Creating and managing content that captures the imagination of our audience across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Marketing Strategy: Collaborating with the team to develop and execute innovative campaigns that drive brand awareness and visitor engagement.
  • Luxury Brand Marketing: Showcasing the estate’s premium offerings, including English Sparkling Wine and Michelin-starred dining.
  • Content Creation: Producing compelling copy that tells the Leonardslee story and resonates with high-end audiences.
  • Innovation: Continuously identifying new opportunities and trends to keep Leonardslee at the forefront of luxury and destination marketing.


About You:

  • To thrive in this role, you should have:
  • Experience in luxury brand or destination marketing.
  • Exceptional copywriting skills with an eye for detail and tone.
  • The ability to work at a fast pace and manage multiple tasks and systems simultaneously.
  • A proactive and innovative mindset to take the brand to new heights.
  • Confidence in managing LinkedIn as a key professional platform.
  • A passion for storytelling and crafting experiences for luxury and lifestyle audiences.
