As the Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for providing essential administrative support to ensure the efficient functioning of our ECD programs.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following, but not limited to:
- manage day-to-day office operations
- responsible for petty cash and monthly reconciliations
- processing of invoices
- taking minutes during meetings
- coordinate logistics for events and training workshops
- assist in preparation of reports, presentations, and communication materials for stakeholders, donors and partners
- maintain up-to-date databases
- ad hoc administrative duties
Requirements:
- relevant tertiary qualification
- minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- good interpersonal relations and communication skills
- ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- computer proficient in Word, Powerpoint, Excel and Outlook
- the ability to work accurately and be able to plan ahead
- a commitment to the values of early childhood education and community development
