Franschhoek 
A Wine farm in the Franschhoek area seeks to employ a Assistant Tasting Room Coordinator . We are looking for an honest, hardworking, enthusiastic and reliable candidate to be appointed in the above mentioned position.
Duties include:
- Sales and administration
- Cashier in the Tasting Room
- Welcoming guests
- Reservation management
- Stock Control
- Liaising with guests / tour guides / suppliers /clients
Requirements:
- Excellent telephone manner
- Previous work experience in a tasting room ( 2-3 years experience)
- A sound knowledge of wine, Preliminary Cape Wine Academy Courses is compulsory, or similar wine courses
- Strong administration skills
- Good communication skills
- Coordination skill and excellent customer service skills
- Fluent in both English & Afrikaans ( 3rd language beneficial )
- Computer literate – Excel , Pos Systems
- Must be willing to work weekends and have own transport
Start date: January 2025
Salary: Market related
