Qualifications & experience required:
• Grade 12
• Diploma or degree in agriculture/horticulture
• Minimum of 2 years experience in the production of citrus

- Good Knowledge of the establishment, care and cultivation of citrus

- Strong leadership skills and ability to work confidently in a group
- Strong problem – solving skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
- Keen attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Proficiency in record-keeping and reporting.
- Computer literate.
- Driver’s License
- Strong admin skills
