VINPAC, a contract bottling company in Wellington, requires the services of a JUNIOR LINE MANAGER
The ideal candidate must:
Be between 25-35, self-motivated with strong leadership skills.
Have the ability to work accurately under pressure.
Have a flexible approach to working hours.
Have strong planning and organizational skills.
Be able to manage several groups of workers at the same time.
Take responsibility for production run under his/her supervision.
Have a hands-on approach with technical and mechanical skills.
Have a valid drivers license, Senior Certificate
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
The set-up and maintenance of several production lines
The food safety and quality system of several production lines.
All admin functions related to the position.
Communicating with relevant clients and suppliers.
