DGB invites suitably qualified South African youth to apply for the DGB Yes4YOUTH Learnership based in Cape Town

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining quality workmanship, timely execution of tasks, and safe work practices.
• Emphasizing teamwork, good working behaviors,
• Adhering to company procedures, including Health and Safety standards.
• Assisting with operational/execution support activities and tasks as per business area requirements.
• Ability to function in a high-pressure environment during peak loading seasons.

Selection requirements and Qualifications:

• Matriculation certificate (Grade 12).
• TVET/FET qualification will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of general hygiene practices.
• Eagerness for continuous learning and growth.

Skills and Competencies:

• Team player with good communication skills
• Willingness to work shifts and or overtime (where applicable)
• Must be physically fit to perform day to day activities within busy Warehouse environment. Subject to pass medically fitness test.
• Good planning, controlling and time management skills.
• Ability to function in a team.
• Customer orientated
