Position: Seasonal Waiter
Location: Stellenbosch

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming guests warmly and ensuring a memorable dining experience.
• Presenting menus, making knowledgeable recommendations, and upselling dishes and wines.
• Serving food and drinks promptly and efficiently while maintaining high standards.
• Handling customer enquiries and resolving any issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborating with the kitchen and tasting room staff to ensure smooth service.
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area.
• General restaurant duties

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for wine and knowledge of the hospitality industry.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
