My Client looking for a dynamic individual to join their team as a Junior Data Infrastructure and BI Specialist. This role involves working across five critical project streams - Quality, Logistics, Operations, Packhouse Finance and Management, and Live KPI Assessment. The successful candidate will play a key role in building infrastructure and visuals (BIs), maintaining systems, conducting data integrity testing, and troubleshooting.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITY AREAS:

1. Infrastructure Development and Maintenance

a. Build and maintain data infrastructure to support seamless reporting and data visualization.

b. Develop business intelligence (BI) visuals to drive decision-making.

2. System and Data Integrity

a. Conduct thorough data integrity tests to ensure reliable outputs.

b. Troubleshoot system and data-related issues to maintain smooth operations.

3. Project Collaboration

a. Work across diverse project streams to support business goals.

b. Engage with team members of varying backgrounds and personalities to foster collaboration.

4. Skill Development and Versatility

a. Identify areas within the system that align with your skills and interests.

b. Contribute to various small projects to develop a diverse skill set.

Qualifications:

1. Experience and Education:

No formal education is required if relevant experience and skills can be demonstrated.

Candidates with Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or Formal Coding qualifications are preferred.

Packhouse Systems and/or relevant agricultural experience will be advantageous.

2. Technical Skills:

Proficiency in R Programming and/or SQL is highly advantageous. Power BI Experience is also highly advantageous.

Versatile and adaptable to various work environments.

Strong problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
