We are searching for a Head Chef or talented Sous Chef, wanting a career building opportunity with experience in running a high pressure environment on a Boutique Winery in Durbanville.
 
Key Position Requirements:

· A diploma in professional Cookery
· Stable track record
· Strong leadership ability
· Excellent organisational skills
· Excellent control of food cost, wastage, and kitchen preparation
· A creative approach to food production and cooking
· Strong ability to develop staff
· Maintains a structured, clean, and hygienic kitchen environment
