HR Manager

Rupert and Rothschild Vignerons, an iconic brand in the wine industry situated near Paarl, is looking for a people-oriented leader with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.

Key performance areas will include: *Human Resource Management *Talent Management and Development *Personnel Policies and Procedures *Employment Relations *Performance Management *Wages and Payroll input *Occupational health and safety oversight and coordination *Compliance (including EE, Skills Development, BBBEE) *Reporting and Budget Management *Employee Administration and Support *Personnel Management.

Minimum requirements:
• Degree or relevant HR qualification;
• 5 years’ experience in managing the HR function in a similar or bigger organisation;
• Knowledge of all relevant legislation, including LRA, BCEA, OHSA, and COIDA;
• Language proficiency in Afrikaans and English;
• Excellent computer literacy.
