Somerset West: My client, a well-established, popular South African restaurant known for its welcoming atmosphere, freshly baked goods, quality coffee, and innovative café-style meals is seeking to appoint a dynamic a Restaurant Manager to join its team.
Criteria & Responsibilities:
- Previous experience and a good track record in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of café-style food & beverage offerings
- Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards in the foodservice industry
- Strong leadership, communication and team management skills
- Experience in stock control, inventory management, and cost control
- Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards in the foodservice industry
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans
- Must have own transport and be resident in the Somerset West area
