The ideal individual is creative, pays attention to detail, and possesses sound knowledge of sanitation principles, patisserie and baking techniques, and have a formal qualification in Culinary Arts / Pâtisserie.
As a Junior Pastry Chef, you will take part in the daily pastry section’s production and baking activities.
