Junior Butler - Brookdale Estate Manor House

We are looking for a young dinamic Junior Butler to joing our Manor House Team at Brookdale Estate.  Our ideal candidate is experienced in 5-Star Hotels, well-presented, well-spoken, and very detail-orientated.  we are looking for a positive candidate with strong leadership attributes who are flexible and love working in a team environment. Hospitality experience required. He or she can work in a structured and organised way and with a hands-on approach in a calm, focused manner. 

Requirements:

• Meeting guests and acquainting them with the hotel’s amenities
• Anticipating guests’ needs and solving their problems
• Researching dining and entertainment recommendations in your local area
• Providing directions and information about local points of interest
• Efficient multitasking and organizational skills
• Prior experience as a butler in either the hospitality or catering
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Strong food knowledge
• Attention to detail
• Discretion
• Customer service experience
• Work well in a team enviroment

Applicants must:

• Be willing to work weekends, public holidays and share shifts with the team
• Lift a case of wine with ease, to assist clients with luggage
