Process Engineer looking to move into Viticulture

I am a senior process engineer with around 8 years experience in the water treatment sector. 

I am looking for work in the Stellenbosch/Helderberg region at a cellar, where I can assist with the following:
1) Water Purification
2) Wastewater Management
3) Optimizing water related energy usage
4) Monitoring and maintenance of equipment and instrumentation
5) Introducing sustainability initiatives to reduce waste and be more eco-friendly.
