Looking to lease land for the expansion of Regenerative Farming business

We are a small agri business based in Stellenbosch called "The Neighbours Farm", we are currently seeking land to lease as we expand our regenerative farming operations.

We specialize in sustainable regenerative agriculture, including pasture-raised eggs, fresh produce, and ethically raised livestock. Where we supply a range of hospitality units and establishments.

Our farming practices prioritize soil health, biodiversity. We are actively looking for land, in which we can grow on, and at the same time work in synergy with a land owner eager to increase their foot traffic to their hospitality units.

What we’re looking for:

* Land suitable for farming (1.5ha+)
* Preferably with access to water
* Located within Stellenbosch, Paarl, Somerset West or Franschhoek region
* Long Term Lease
* Storage / Packing Space
