Restaurant Manager

An Iconic Estate in the Paarl Winelands is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager.

The Ideal Candidate must have:
At least 5 years experience in a fast-paced, busy environment.
A very positive, can-do attitude
A happy disposition
Guest-Centric above all else
Must be a relationship builder as we have a lot of regular visitors
High energy levels & physically fit.
Strong staff management & training skills
Payroll & rostering.
Problem solving skills.
Procurement experience.
Strong stock management experience - stock takes & MyInventory (MICROS)
Excellent F&B Knowledge with a passion for good food & drink.
Out of the box thinker.
Multi-tasking abilities - it's a very busy, growing space
Eye for detail with a focus on maintenance & cleanliness
Strong knowledge of Health & Safety protocols
Stable track-record & contactable refs.
Own reliable transport & reside in Paarl / Wellington surrounds

At this point in time only day time shifts.
Must be fluent in Afrikaans & English (written & verbal)
Salary negotiable for the right team member.
