Qualified to Masters level, I have more than 10 years’ executive experience in strategic business management and a proven track record of leading an energy organization towards sustainable growth.

I successfully develop and facilitate the implementation of strategic plans that align with organizational goals while overseeing strategic alignment and integration across the organisation. My strong business acumen allows me to analyse business performance, market trends and competitive activities, ensuring that company strategies not only meet immediate objectives but also position the organization for long-term success. I am adept at fostering collaboration among employees, senior management, executive leadership and strategic partners which is instrumental in enhancing efficient and effective business processes (e.g., governance processes) and organizational performance.

My qualifications include a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), a Programme in Risk Management, Management Development Programme and a Certificate in Strategic Business Management, equipping me with the theoretical and practical knowledge to excel in at managerial level.
