We have an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned Head Chef with an unwavering passion for the industry. This 120-seater Bistro-style restaurant provides all-day dining experiences in a refined, yet relaxed setting.
 
The ideal candidate exhibits exceptional culinary, organisational, and interpersonal abilities with strong leadership and management qualities, to effectively manage the kitchen operations.
 
Key Position Requirements:
 
Qualification in Professional Cookery • minimum of 5 year’s Head Chef experience • innovative menu engineering, utilising an array of fresh ingredients from the harvest garden • strong ability to manage and develop a team
