My 5* hospitality client is currently recruiting for a motivated HR Professional to join their team and drive company policy and procedures. This role will provide support to the Head of HR , will be the contact person for all HR related queries and work closely with the Payroll Supervisor. The role is responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of day-to-day HR generalist support and service to management and employees.
APPOINTMENT REQUIREMENTS
- Completed HR Diploma or Degree
- Min 2 years HR Administration experience
- Working knowledge of relevant legislation
- PC Literate in in MS Office packages & SAGE Pastel
KPA’S
Recruitment & Selection
- Manage recruitment process including advertisements, contact person for all recruitment agencies, scheduling and interviewing applicants, making recommendations to management on staff appointments and preparing all relevant documentation
Payroll
- Uploading all new appointments and employee information on SAGE Pastel Payroll
Compliance and Administration
- Maintain and manage the personal records of employees
- Monitoring fixed term contracts and work permits
- Capturing of all IODs
- Updating of all other records
- Assist with all general HR related administration, including payments
HR reporting
- Update all monthly HR reports (new starts, terminations, discipline, recruitment, skills etc.);
Training & Development
- Scheduling and recordkeeping for WSP and ATR input
General
- Contact person for all staff queries, schedule Wellness initiatives, assist with performance management and IR issues as required.
