Cottage on farm required for single senior male

I am a single 68 year old Bachelor with a carpentry business in Stellenbosch and I'm looking for accommodation, preferably on a farm close enough to Stellenbosch to be viable in terms of daily commute. So Colenburg, Banhoek Klapmuts, Paarl, Raithby, Bottlerey - those sort of areas.

  

My requirements are not high and I will be content with a basic cottage - converted labourers cottage is fine.
R10,000 - R13,000 per month. 

  

This requirement has been dumped on me unplanned so I would love to be able to find something for March 1st but that's not a deal breaker for me.
