Ayama Farm Kitchen, based just outside of Paarl on the Paardeberg hills, is currently seeking for a Kitchen Assistant that can join our team cooking Italian cuisine.
We have unique wines and our food are made with authentic Italian standards, not Gourmet and Fusion.
Requirements:
Passion for food and willingness to learn.
Leadership skills
Kitchen organisation skills
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Monitoring and controlling stock levels and manage waste
Availability to work weekends and public holidays.
3-5 years experience in hospitality
